KEN MORGAN
Midwest/Western Regional Account Manager
Ken Morgan is a thirty-three year veteran of the police profession, retiring as Deputy Chief of Police in Michigan. Ken also served in Colorado and Washington State. He was recruited twice as part of national recruitment efforts by police departments. Morgan held every rank from Police Officer, through Deputy Chief. He was also an Emergency Vehicle Operations Instructor for ten years. Ken has a Master’s Degrees from Central Michigan University and the University of Colorado. He published a Thesis which led to one of the country’s first multi-jurisdictional pursuit policies in 1989. Morgan is also a graduate of the 204 the Session of the FBI National Academy, Quantico, Virginia. Ken was the inaugural host of an award-winning, nationally recognized government cable television show that aired for seventeen years.
Ken Morgan has eight years of automotive sales experience, focused on Tier I and II auto manufacturers and suppliers. Ken has also worked in direct sales to police departments, fire departments, and EMS organizations. He continues to serve his community as a part-time deputy sheriff.
PAUL GRATTAN
Northeast Regional Account Manager
Paul is a sergeant and 18-year veteran of the New York City Police Department. While in the Police Academy he responded to the 9/11 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, participating in the recovery and security operations in the weeks that followed.
In 2014 Paul was selected as team manager for the Police Commissioner’s Reengineering Initiative, defining goals and recommending reforms that would lead to improvements in the agency’s human capital and morale, and in 2018 he became a Policing Fellow with the National Police Foundation.
Paul specializes in transportation security and external communications, he is principally responsible for strategic communications, policy review, and managing digital media platforms. Paul is one of the NYPD’s Digital Communications Officers and routinely provides training and guidance on communications strategy.
Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, a Certificate in Criminal Justice Education from the University of Virginia, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Phoenix, and is a graduate of the 254th session of the F.B.I. National Academy.
